Imagine a whirlwind of creativity and dedication swirling with a thirst for knowledge – that's me, Drew! I'm writing with a heart full of enthusiasm about becoming an au pair for your wonderful family.
Right now, I'm standing at that exciting crossroads, deciding which path to take for my future studies. Teaching and computer science/software development are both pulling at me, each offering a unique adventure. But while I figure that out, the chance to become part of your family and share my own experiences is truly exhilarating!
Here's a glimpse into my life: over the past few years, I've dived headfirst into graphic design, social media, and even advertising. Working at Alpine Motor Group was an eye-opener – it taught me the magic of clear communication, creative problem-solving, and thinking outside the box. Juggling those social media accounts and crafting engaging content helped me connect with all kinds of people, young and old.
Speaking of "old," let me tell you about my other passion – karate! Since 2014, I've been loyally following the path of this amazing discipline. Achieving my 1st Dan black belt in 2021 was a huge milestone, and now I'm setting my sights on the 2nd Dan. More than just self-defense, karate has instilled in me values like character, honesty, hard work, respect, and self-control – principles I carry with me in everything I do.
One of the most fulfilling experiences I've had is teaching karate to younger students. As an instructor at Highway JKA, I've had the privilege of sharing my knowledge and passion with kids, helping them blossom in a supportive environment. This experience, I believe, makes me uniquely qualified to offer valuable support and guidance to your children.
Beyond work and karate, I'm a lifelong learner and explorer. Immersing myself in your family's culture, language, and traditions would be an incredible adventure, and I'd love to share my own stories and perspectives too!
The au pair experience strikes a wonderful chord with me because it combines responsibility with heartwarming rewards. Caring for your family and sharing household tasks is one thing, but the chance to build genuine connections and lasting memories with you and your children – that's priceless!
