My name is Bernita and i would like to share why i would like to become an Au pair in your family.France has always held a special place in my heart — from the elegance of its language to the beauty of its culture. I’ve developed a deep appreciation for French life through music, films, and literature, with artists like Édith Piaf and Indila sparking my love for its expressive spirit.
Becoming an au pair in France is a dream opportunity for me to immerse myself in a new culture, step outside my comfort zone, and grow both personally and professionally. I am excited to experience daily life in a French family, share my own language and traditions, and create a warm, positive environment for the children in my care.
I have hands-on childcare experience through babysitting for neighbors and family, and I hold a 120-hour TEFL certificate, which has strengthened my skills in communication, patience, and supporting children’s learning. I’ve also been teaching English online, which has given me valuable insight into language development and working with young learners from different backgrounds.
I’m passionate about working with children and believe in fostering kindness, creativity, and confidence. Through this role, I hope to build genuine connections, improve my French, and embrace the adventure of living abroad — all while contributing meaningfully to a host family’s life.
