My name is Roann Jheann, though most people call me RJ. I'm 23 years old and currently reside in Quezon City, though my roots trace back to Bicol, Philippines. I come from a tight-knit family of four children, where I'm the eldest. My parents instilled in me the values of hard work, dedication, and responsibility.

Professionally, I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Fisheries from Bicol University, graduating in 2023. Presently, I work as a Customer Representative in the healthcare sector. However, my true passion lies in childcare. I adore kids and prioritize their well-being, safety, and happiness above all else.

Family and friendships are central to my life. I cherish the bonds I share with both my relatives and my chosen family of close friends. I'm known for being open-minded, trustworthy, patient, and easy-going, qualities that I believe contribute to my ability to connect with people from various backgrounds.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, learning languages, and immersing myself in different cultures. These experiences have broadened my perspective and taught me to appreciate diversity. I thrive in new environments, adapting quickly and approaching challenges with a calm and collected demeanor.

As an au pair, I see myself as more than just a caregiver; I strive to be a mentor and a big sister to the children I care for. While I excel at building strong relationships with kids, I admit that I sometimes find it difficult to say goodbye when the time comes to part ways.

I'm eager to find a host family who shares my values and welcomes me into their home as a member of the family. Mutual respect, kindness, and a willingness to embrace new experiences are qualities I seek in my host family. Ideally, I hope to establish a long-term connection and stay for at least a year, or possibly longer, depending on our rapport and shared experiences.
