Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. My name is Juda Lynn Viscayno, and I am a 26-year-old from the Philippines. I am excited about the opportunity to become a part of your family and support you in caring for your children. I would like to introduce myself and share a little about my background, experience, and personality.
I am currently working as an English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher and have been teaching for the past two years. My work allows me to interact with students from different age groups and cultural backgrounds, helping them improve their English communication skills while building their confidence. Through this experience, I have developed patience, understanding, adaptability, and strong communication skills. Teaching has taught me how to connect with children, motivate them, and create a positive and encouraging environment where they feel comfortable learning and expressing themselves.
Aside from my professional experience as a teacher, I also have experience caring for children of various ages, including 3, 5, 8, and 10 years old and above. Taking care of children has always been a rewarding experience for me because I enjoy watching them learn, grow, and discover new things every day. I understand that each child has a unique personality, interests, and needs, and I always strive to provide care that is nurturing, patient, and attentive.
When caring for children, I enjoy engaging them in educational and creative activities such as reading books, storytelling, arts and crafts, playing games, helping with homework, practicing English, and encouraging outdoor activities whenever possible. I believe that learning can be fun, and I enjoy finding ways to make everyday activities both educational and enjoyable. My experience as an ESL teacher also enables me to help children improve their English language skills in a natural and engaging way.
Safety is one of my highest priorities when caring for children. I hold certifications in Standard First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS), which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to respond appropriately in emergency situations. These certifications have helped me gain confidence in handling unexpected situations calmly and responsibly while ensuring the well-being of the children under my care.
As a person, I would describe myself as kind, responsible, honest, patient, and hardworking. I am someone who takes my responsibilities seriously and always strives to do my best. I am respectful of family values, household rules, and cultural differences. I understand the importance of open communication, trust, and cooperation in building a positive relationship with both parents and children.
One of my favorite hobbies is cooking. I enjoy preparing meals and trying new recipes whenever I have the opportunity. Cooking allows me to express my creativity and care for others. I would be happy to assist with preparing simple and nutritious meals for your children and helping with light household tasks related to childcare. I also enjoy spending time outdoors, listening to music, reading, and learning new skills that help me grow both personally and professionally.
Growing up in the Philippines has taught me the importance of family, respect, kindness, and helping others. Family is very important to me, and these values have shaped the person I am today. I believe in treating everyone with respect, compassion, and understanding. I hope to bring these values into your home and become a positive role model for your children.
I am eager to learn about your culture, traditions, and way of life while also sharing my own Filipino culture and experiences.
