My name is Teotimo, I am 22 years old from Catbalogan City, Samar, Philippines. I am writing this letter to introduce myself and share why I want to become an Au Pair for your family.

I am a HUMSS graduate and the youngest son in my family. I am a kind, patient, responsible, and cheerful person. I love children very much and I enjoy spending time with them. In my free time, I like singing, and cooking simple food. I am also a fast learner and I always respect family rules.

Why I want to become an Au Pair:
I want to experience new culture and learn Dutch language while taking good care of your children. For me, being an Au Pair is not just work - it is becoming part of a family. I want to be a good big brother to your kids. I am excited to share Filipino culture with you too, like cooking adobo and teaching Tagalog words to your children. I also want to improve my English and become more independent.

Why you should host me:
You should host me because I will treat your children like my own brother/sister. I am patient when kids are crying or not listening. I am responsible and trustworthy. I will follow your house rules and take good care of your home. I am flexible and hardworking. If you need help, I will help without complaint. I promise to keep your children safe, happy, and loved every day.

Why I qualify for this position:
I have experience taking care of my 3- year-old nephew named Rommel in Philippines. Every day I help him wake up, prepare breakfast, play educational games, read story books, and put him to sleep on time. I am a HUMSS graduate so I know how to communicate well with children. I can cook simple meals like fried rice, spaghetti, and scrambled eggs. I can also do light housework like cleaning the children's room and laundry. I am healthy, non-smoker, and I have no problem waking up early for school run.
