My name is Joyce Aaliyah, and I am a 23-year-old from Namibia. Thank you for taking the time to visit my profile. I am excited about the opportunity to become an au pair and hopefully become a trusted and caring member of your family.

I would describe myself as kind, patient, responsible, and dependable. I genuinely enjoy spending time with children and helping them learn, grow, and feel supported. I believe every child deserves to feel safe, loved, encouraged, and understood, and I strive to create a warm and positive environment wherever I am.

Caring for children has always been a natural part of my life. My mother owned a kindergarten, and I often helped her by assisting with the children, supervising activities, and creating a caring environment where they could play and learn. Through this experience, I learned the importance of patience, attentiveness, and understanding that every child has their own unique personality and needs.

I also have two younger siblings, aged 13 and 2, whom I help care for. Looking after them has taught me responsibility, flexibility, and the importance of being someone children can rely on. Whether it's helping with daily routines, playing games, reading stories, or simply being there to support them, I genuinely enjoy spending quality time with children of different ages.

In my free time, I enjoy cooking, learning new languages, listening to music, watching films and series, reading, and spending time with family and friends. I recently began learning German because I enjoy discovering new cultures and challenging myself to grow personally and professionally.

For me, becoming an au pair is much more than travelling abroad. It is an opportunity to become part of a family's everyday life, build meaningful relationships, and experience a new culture while providing loving and dependable care for your children. I understand that inviting someone into your home requires trust, and I am committed to being respectful, honest, responsible, and supportive throughout my stay.
