My name is Marta, and I am a qualified teacher with degrees in both Art and Cultural Studies / Education. I have over 6 years of experience working with children of different ages, from young children to teenagers, including high school students. My experience includes both teaching and earlier work as a nanny, where I supported children with after-school care, school pick-ups, and daily routines.

I grew up in the countryside, surrounded by nature, gardening, and a simple, grounded lifestyle. This upbringing shaped my values and way of life. I am used to outdoor activities, seasonal work in the garden, and appreciating a calm and natural environment. I also learned traditional home skills such as cooking home-made meals, preserving food, pickling cucumbers, and making jams, which I still enjoy today.

I would describe myself as me, caring and responsible person. Coming from a Latvian background, I value honesty, reliability, and a strong work ethic. I am used to being straightforward, dependable, and taking responsibility seriously. I believe in doing things properly and with care, especially when it comes to children.

With my background in art and cultural studies, I enjoy engaging children in creative activities, storytelling, arts and crafts, and cultural learning experiences. I love helping children develop curiosity, imagination, and confidence in their own abilities. As I have also studied writing and literature, which has helped me understand how to encourage children to think creatively and connect with art and imagination, especially in a world full of screens and digital distractions.

I also have an understanding of what living with a disability involves, and I am empathetic, patient, and able to provide supportive care and assistance when needed. I am a patient, responsible, and compassionate person, and I am comfortable providing companionship, daily support, and help with everyday routines for older adults

Important - I am an animal lover and truly enjoy being around pets, I know that they are as glue to hold a family.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling, and discovering new places and cultures. I also love yoga and cycling, which help me stay balanced, calm, and positive. I consider myself a mindful and spiritual person who values emotional awareness and a healthy lifestyle.

I think people can rely on me to be trustworthy, organized, and attentive. I am experienced with children of different ages and adapt easily to their individual needs. I am happy to support with homework, daily routines, cooking, keeping spaces tidy, and creating a structured but warm environment.

My goal is to provide anyone with a safe, loving, and inspiring space where they can grow emotionally, creatively, and socially. also value respectful relationship with anyone.
