Dear Host Family,
My name is Yvonne, and I am writing to express my sincere interest in becoming an au pair and joining my first lovely family.
Allow me to share a glimpse of who I am. I'm 24 years old living with my family currently in Kenya, single with no kids. I speak fluent English and Swahili since it's our native language and I have some basic knowledge of French. I graduated last year December with a diploma in Tourism Management. I undertook a tourism course as I have great passion for nature and traveling too.
I'm the 2nd last born from a big family of 6. Two big sisters,one small brother, my parents and me. My two big sisters are married with kids. I have had to take care of my nephews, nieces and small cousins during the holidays when they come to visit us at home something which I enjoy the most.
Kids are my biggest inspiration because it can never be a boring day with kids around. I enjoy being around kids and I take care of them as if they are my own children. They taught me a lot of things; when you deal with kids you have to be very patient, loving,kind and also you have to teach them and get to learn from them. I have experience with feeding, bathing, dressing, changing diapers, singing, playing and reading stories.
I am an active person, sweet,calm, responsible, caring and independent girl with great desire to get involved and learn something new like culture and language. I love listening to music, singing, dancing, playing with kids, bike riding, swimming and also trying out different recipes.It would be a dream come true to share such incredible experiences with your family amidst Europe's captivating landscapes and majestic mountains.
I envision building a long lasting relationship with your family, creating memories and making positive impact on your children's lives.
