Hello! My name is Abigail, I am a twenty-year-old aspiring healthcare professional currently living in Nairobi, Kenya.

My experience with childcare mainly comes from looking after my younger cousins. Me caring for them mainly entails cooking for them, taking them out to play, helping with their homework and ensuring they are washed and ready for bed in time. Through these responsibilities I have learnt to be patient, safety-conscious and reliable.
I thrive best with school children aged 5 to 10 because I would love to engage in active conversations with them and help them navigate their daily routines.

My decision to come to Germany is mainly influenced by my interest in the rich culture of the country and my desire to do a nursing Ausbildung after my Au Pair year.
I therefore take my responsibilities very seriously and will immerse myself in the German language and culture.

As your Au Pair, you can expect me to be a responsible, organised and reliable helping hand. I am willing and able to help with light household tasks, prepare healthy meals and ensure your children feel safe and well cared for. I love being around children and recognise the need for proper guidance and care from trusted adults to help them grow and reach their full potential.
