Hello my name is Leila, I am 20 years old, (turning 21 in May) I am from Guatemala, I am an outgoing, empathetic and helpful person. I love traveling, animals, playing the piano and being with children.

I consider myself a very creative person, I love art, painting, drawing, reading, music, fashion and good food.

I am a very active person, I like to be in a good mood and make the people around me feel comfortable with me, I always try to get the best out of myself and the people around me.

I have a lot of patience, I know how to work under pressure, I consider myself a very empathetic, responsible, punctual, cheerful and helpful person..

I live in Guatemala, I am the second of 7 siblings, so I have had experience with children of different ages, I have siblings who are 23, 15, 14, 10, 2 , and a newborn, I have a very good relationship with each one of them, I love spending time with my family and friends I am a very social person, open-minded, I like to meet people and learn things from them.

Being the second of 7 siblings, I have had experience taking care of children since I was little, it is something that I have always liked to do and I am very good at it.

Also when I was in school I did community service in a protective society for children from 0 to 5 years old for six months. I also gave art, math and language classes in an orphanage to children from 11 to 13 years old. I taught kindergarten children in a public school for four months

My native language is Spanish, I speak and write English very fluently since I was taught it from a very young age at school, and most of my classes were in English. My English level is C1. Also in 2019 I took an intensive 4-week English course in London. Most of the countries I have been to are English-speaking so I can communicate very well.

My expectations are to learn more about the culture of the country in which I am working as an au pair, to create a safe and happy environment in which the children I am taking care feel comfortable with me, and I with them and with the family.
