Hey future au-pair family,
I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself:
My name is Emily and I'm an 18-year-old who recently graduated from high school a few months ago.
I've had quite an exciting journey so far. I grew up in a multicultural environment, spending around 11 years living in China with my family. We occasionally took breaks and returned to our hometown in northern Germany.
Since 2020, I've been living in the beautiful city of Prague in the Czech Republic, and I must say, I'm absolutely loving it here. The city has been such a wonderful place to call home. However, my family will be relocating back to Germany at the end of summer, which marks the start of new adventures for me.
I'm a person who values openness and friendliness. I believe in speaking my mind and embracing different perspectives. Family is very important to me, and I have a younger brother who has been a big part of my life's journey.
