I'm Maxence, I'm 21 years old and I am from Montreal, Canada. I want to become an au pair to live in the city of my dreams: Los Angeles. Being an actress, it has always been my biggest dream! Au Pair is the only way for me to be able to move there.

I want to become an au pair because I love to be around children. I love their creativity and their impulsivity. I feel like for most of them, they don't mind about what other people think of them and enjoy their life to the fullest, always ready to jump into a new adventure. This is why I think being an au pair is the best fit for me!

I genuinely think I would be a great candidate for you as I am a really hard worker and always want to do my job in the best way I can. Putting the effort and the time into something I really want is what I know that will bring me to the point where I want to be, and this is why I always push myself very hard.

Being a camp helper for 2 years and always having to run from left to right has taught me a lot of things. I learned that we have to make them feel and know that we listen, understand and care for them and their well being. Also, I am good with solving problems with those who are maybe more difficult than others to be around.

I have a lot of experience with all kinds of children. From those who are very energetic and sportive to the others who are more calm and have a creative mind they need to exteriorize with their hands.

I also love to teach them all kinds of things. Games/sports, basic life needs/hacks, DIY's, language (my first language is French), mathematics, playing a musical instrument... I love to see their eyes full of stars and pride when they accomplish something.

I love to live different experiences, and I think it's the best time for me to move out of my country as I am still young. I like to meet new people, share with them and learn from them. Also, I am really excited to be a part of a new family and have the chance to create a strong bond with new children. Blood family or not, this is one of the most important things in my life. I always do everything in power to make people around me happy, especially my friends and family, because they're the most precious thing I have. Why be a burden when you can make people smile and have a good day? :)

I love everything that has an artistic approach, like drawing, painting, dancing, playing music, singing, acting..! After being an Au Pair, my dream is to stay in Los Angeles and become an actress. This has been my number one passion since I was little and it has never changed, it is my dream to do acting and live from it!
