Hello dear future host family,
My name is Caroline, I am 25 years old from Florianópolis, SC - Brazil.
Currently, I am living in Austria, where I am an au pair.
I was also an au pair in Frankfurt, Germany for one year, where I worked for a family with two kids (8,11 years old).
I also had extras on the weekends and I took care of 2 babies (11 months old and 2 years).
I have many references from the families that I have worked for.
Besides these experiences here in Europe, I also have experience of taking care of kids when I was in Brazil.
I have experiences with kids from 7 months old to 13 years old.
In Brazil, I studied international business, but unfortunately I am still not graduated, and after my experience in the US, I will go back to Brazil to finish my studies.
I have worked for two years in a hospital before moving to Europe and I’ve seen a lot of stuff so you can be sure that I am completely cautious and responsible. Especially when I am with kids.
I speak Portuguese, Italian German and English, and it would be a pleasure to teach any of those languages to your kids if you would like so.
I am not a party/outgoing person, but definitely, I love going hiking and cycling.
I love any exercise and activities that involves nature.
In my free time, I usually go around to visit some new place.
I love travelling.
I am a very happy and playful person, so you can be sure your kids who have a lot of fun with me. I also would like to do activities with them, like going to the park, going to the movie theatre, going to swim somewhere in the summer and motivating them to be independent.
I am not the best cook in the world, but I can cook simple dishes like: pasta, vegetables, meat fish, burgers, pizza…
I am also willing to help with light households, and the things that involves the kids, like: helping with homework, organising the rooms, organising the wardrobe, playing, etc…
