Family's Introduction to Nanny
Job Description
It is a full time, live in job.
Working hours is not fixed, with kids it is sometimes needed to stay more, but let's say it is about 12 hours during weekends and 7 or 8 during weekdays, since they all my kids go to school, unless someone is sick and at home.
Overtime is paid on extra hours or days worked.
1 day off per week.
Private room could be arranged, but not always guaranteed.
Salary paid at the end of each month, and it depends on the nannies qualifications, level of education and knowledge in the field of child care and discipline. The MINIMUM payed is SAR 3000 monthly. Paid food allowance if desired. 10% salary increase upon contract renewal.
1 month paid vacation per year!
What is expected from the nanny is difficult to be summarized in here. But one can search the expected duties of a professional nanny online, you won't be required to do much more than that.
