As well as I have experience in school management committee & counselling the student. During my teaching career I have launched several project to enhance the welfare of the student. As well earned much knowledge combining research of faculty of education University of Colombo. My personal goal is to fulfill the tasks which are assigned to me in a fruitful manner in which the students and the school community benefits. Therefore I studied so many subject field related to the education. First I Got Diploma in reception and recognized about the peoples reception methodology. After I earned much knowledge about Child psychology, Educational psychology, Philosophy, sociology, Educational administration, educational management& curriculum theory some of them. And also I have knowledge about ICT. I completed my research in difficult district in here. I’ve selected my topic from curriculum process. I spent about one year for collected the data relate to this topic. cording to the my earned knowledge and the experience If I am given the opportunity I will do my best.
