About the Position:
We are seeking a trustworthy, detail-oriented, and experienced live-in housekeeper to manage the day-to-day upkeep of a private residence in Ridgewood, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming home environment while respecting privacy and discretion.
Primary Responsibilities:
Full housekeeping duties including:
Daily cleaning and upkeep of all rooms
Deep cleaning on a scheduled basis
Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe organization
Changing and refreshing bed linens
Organizing closets, pantry, and storage spaces
Light meal preparation or assisting with meal prep if requested
Receiving deliveries and managing household supplies
Occasional errands (e.g., grocery shopping, dry cleaning)
Maintaining a neat and professional appearance of the home at all times
Caring for household pet
