Since I can only pick 1 primary listing, this first post will be for an exceptionally detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain and organize our household in Ibiza. In addition to standard housekeeping duties, there is the potential for crossover responsibilities as a Chef, Nanny, or Personal Assistant, depending on your skill set and interest. Our family maintains a strictly organic, grass-fed, and gluten-free diet, and we are seeking someone who shares our passion for healthy living and a pristine environment.
Key Responsibilities
Thorough Cleaning & Organization: Keep the home immaculate, from deep-cleaning to daily tidying. Responsible for laundering, ironing, and maintaining a spotless kitchen and living area.
Menu Planning & Meal Prep (if applicable): Prepare organic, grass-fed, gluten-free meals. Assist in grocery shopping and pantry management, ensuring all ingredients are of the highest quality.
Childcare Support: Provide occasional assistance with our newborn, following set schedules and routines. Experience with infant care is welcome but not mandatory.
Personal Assistant Tasks: Run errands, manage household inventories, coordinate deliveries, and help with administrative tasks. Opportunity to expand into our business operations if skillset aligns.
Qualifications
Fluent in English (Spanish or other language skills beneficial)
Proven attention to detail with the ability to follow and create systems (cleaning schedules, inventory checklists, etc.)
Willingness to adhere to strict cleanliness standards and dietary protocols
Discretion and professionalism, especially regarding confidential household matters
Flexibility to assist in other areas (nannying, chef duties, or personal assistant tasks) as needed
Competitive salary with Live-in arrangement in a separate casita on our private estate
