Hello! I'm Lucie, a 26-year-old Swiss from Geneva, and currently transitioning into a personal assistant career. I bring a broad skill set and a desire to learn and grow. Cultural Adaptability and Flexibility: I am available for relocation and open to working in diverse environments. I am also prepared to undertake tasks with patience, from household duties, administrative support, nannying, tutoring, etc.
Childcare Experience: While my focus isn't on that (professionally), I have extensive experience with children, especially as a tutor for middle schoolers, and I'm comfortable adapting my approach to individual needs, including those of special needs children (ASD and ADHD). I am looking to work alongside someone who can act as a mentor (beyond being my employer) and can provide opportunities for growth. I am in the process of earning a secretarial certification (plus some others). I am particularly interested in roles that offer me the chance to assist with organizational tasks, household management, planning, or personal errands.
I am also very open to feedback, thriving best when given clear guidance and constructive criticism. While I’m comfortable in a flexible role, I work best with a defined list of responsibilities and expectations, which helps me quickly align with the needs and preferences of the household or business.

-VISA: I have a Swiss passport, so things should go rather smoothly
-Driver's license: Although I do not currently have a driver’s license, I am committed to obtaining one and would greatly appreciate support from an employer in reaching this goal.
-Personality: Enthusiasm for learning. “Can-do” attitude. I am very service-oriented. I try to make myself as discreet as possible. I've been told I am quite the pleasant and smiling person.
-SALARY : I am open to negotiate a lower salary for the first couple months, as long as there is the possibility to renegotiate it down the line, as I will take on more responsibility and widen my skillset.
