Dear Future Nanny,
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about us. We are a loving 2-dad household living just outside Vienna, raising a bright and creative 10-year-old daughter and expecting our second daughter in July 2025. Our home also includes our calm and friendly pug, Bruno.
We are entering a new and exciting chapter as a family, and for this we are looking for a reliable and kind person to help us manage the daily routines and needs that come with a newborn and a busy household. We are searching for someone who can offer structured, warm, and dependable support to our family life.
Your main responsibility will be to care for our baby during the day, especially while we are working (one full-time, one part-time). You will never be alone in this — two caring grandmothers are nearby and often available to help as well.
We are especially interested in someone who brings experience with newborns, a calm and organized personality, and a professional approach to childcare. It is important to us that you speak English well and that you feel comfortable communicating with our children in English — we aim to foster a bilingual environment at home.
We value your privacy and offer a comfortable and fully equipped room with high-speed internet, smart TV, and shared bathroom (only with our daughter). Weekends are generally free for you to enjoy, and if you’re open to it, we would be happy for you to join us on family trips — whether to our holiday apartment in the Alps or to international destinations like to the USA, within Europe or Asia.

We are a warm, respectful, and joyful 2-dad family living in a beautiful green suburb just outside Vienna, Austria. We are looking for a kind, experienced, and responsible full time, live-in nanny to join our household in summer 2025, when our second daughter is expected to arrive.
Our family includes:
-) Two caring dads in mid 30's and mid 40's
-) A bright and creative 10-year-old daughter
-) A newborn baby girl due in July 2025
-) And Bruno, our gentle 14-year-old pug
Our modern home offers everything for a comfortable and happy life: a private pool, in-house gym and access to a beautiful private lake just a short walk away. The neighborhood includes walking and biking paths, playgrounds, bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants, public transport connections to vienna and tennis and golf facilities — all within a few minutes of walking or biking.
Your Key Responsibilities:
-) Loving and attentive daytime care for our newborn
-) Light housekeeping related to the children and yourself (laundry, tidying, simple cooking)
-) Shopping for groceries or medicine when needed
-) Occasionally accompanying Bruno to the vet (every 6 weeks)
-) Possibly helping with school runs (driver’s license is a plus)
What We’re Looking For:
-) A caring, dependable, and cheerful person who enjoys being with children
-) Experience with newborns is strongly preferred
-) Someone organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
-) English is our preferred language — we would love it if you speak English well and communicate with our children in English
-) Open to occasional travel, both within Austria and internationally
