Family's Introduction to
My daughter Vera is an energetic and sweet 10-month-old. By the time care will be required in October, she will have just turned one year old. She enjoys ample play time, being strolled about along streets, parks, and recreation paths, time outdoors in general (our house has a yard in which she can play), and interaction with people of all kinds - she's frankly a bit of a social butterfly! Vera usually takes one nap per day for about 2 hours beginning around noon. As for me, I am a single mother who works for the U.S. Government in Stuttgart. I am seeking part-time weekly assistance for days that my former primary caregiver will be unavailable beginning in October 2019 and dinner meal preparations for those days only (applicable to live-out situations) or on all workdays (applicable to live-in situations only). The twice per month Saturday care request (until winter) is for me to mow my lawn and do a bit of gardening! I am flexible in employment terms and would be happy to accommodate a live-out, live-in, or partial live-in situation if it suited the caregiver (additional terms would be negotiable depending on the case).
This position would consist of care for a 1-year-old girl, basic housekeeping, and meal preparation. Full-time care would be required on Thursdays and Fridays from 0730 until approximately 1930. Care would also be desired on two Saturday mornings per month until winter, for an additional stipend for non-live-in situations, and would resume again in spring. Care on other days/times would only be requested occasionally and would be at will. Meal preparations would consist of all meals required for the baby during care duty hours and a full dinner preparation for the family on Thursdays and Fridays if live-out, and Mondays through Fridays if live-in. Basic housekeeping would include maintaining cleanliness of the home to augment the efforts of the housekeeper who visits twice per month for four hours per visit. The home is spacious and the spare bedroom is comfortably sized and appointed for those seeking live-in terms. The home has close access to walking trails, parks, the medieval city of Esslingen am Neckar, and a bus stop within 100 meters. Terms can be tailored to individual situations.
