We are looking for an attentive and positive Executive Personal Administrative Assistant, who will assist with day-today operations. Candidates must be detail oriented and be able to anticipate the family needs. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Ability to stand on their feet for long periods of time Professional and friendly attitude Ability to work in a family and business environment Team player Great communication skills Quick thinking Basic math skills Attention to detail Baking and cooking skills a plus PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Corporate events planning Bookkeeping Events scheduling Catering samplings Answer phones Schedule appointments and maintain calendars Collate and distribute mail Prepare communications, such as, emails,and other correspondence Write and edit documents from letters to reports Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical Overseeing accounts Managing various projects Maintaining two executive's calendars Handling travel arrangements Maintaining databases and filing systems Additional responsibilities could include Assist with food truck events at wineries and breweries OTHER REQUIREMENTS Valid Driver’s license.
