Hi, my name is Marilou but I’m comfortable with "Yheng" my nick name. I’m a mother of two lovely sons, ages 15 and 20 and I have one healthy cute granddaughter. I spent almost 10 years working abroad as an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW). I’ve worked as a Nanny, Housekeeper, Cook, Tutor and Senior Caregiver for the host families taking care of kids of various ages and older adults. I’ve worked in UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Since I’m an experienced caregiver, my main duty is to make sure that my kids and elderly adults are properly taking care of, in the form of good hygiene, healthy meal preparation, and medicine administration. With my working experience I can manage to work as a nanny and housekeeper or senior caregiver and housekeeper. I love taking care of elderly adults and sharing stories and learning about their background. I have a charm to make them feel comfortable and follow instructions for their care and wellbeing especially when it comes with their medicine and exercise. I treat them like my mom or dad. I put my heart and passion into my work, so hard for me to leave them after the contract because they grow very attached to me!

As of now, I’m in the Philippines working as a wellness coach instructor where I trained programs to lose weight or gain muscle and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
