First of all, it is a pleasure for me to apply for this great opportunity, and I am going in this letter to introduce myself and my motivations and reasons that push me to join this program.
I finished high school with an overall percentage of 98% and then I got an Associate degree in Nursing and I graduated with an excellent grade. I joined the military service in 2015 and was chosen to join The United Nations peacekeepers mission in Egypt. I worked as a nurse for 7 years of experience at many hospitals, this qualifies me to participate in activities related to health care or public service in general. Besides my work, I decided to get a higher bachelor's degree so I joined Cairo University to study Physical Therapy this gave me knowledge about dealing with the aged and the disabled people. Also, I worked in a psychiatric hospital for more than 13 months that provided me with behavioral information and how to deal with patients and people in general.
In general, I have a passion for participating in cultural events. Since I was 18 years old, I used to attend seminars, cultural festivals, and social events in my city, and I also traveled many times to other cities in my country to attend the events that happen there. I took part in many volunteering activities at my university or in the other local charitable organizations
What motivated me to join this program is to interact with different people from different cultural backgrounds, learn soft skills from situations that will include me with them, and gain experience and make good memories. Also, I like helping others especially people who suffer whatever the reasons they suffer from, but as an adult youth, I think it is a humane duty on me that I should do at this stage in my life during my full ability to travel and exert efforts for others. Most of my previous volunteering was to provide health care services to others who are unable, this is my profession and I am qualified in it so I use my skills to benefit others. Many times I participated in campaigns that seek to provide medical assistance in villages in southern Egypt and spread awareness about many diseases. My sincere hope to meet you soon.
