Had multiple phone interviews and emails, set up a meeting, I purchased her an airline ticket and hotel for the interview. Spoke with her the day before, she was excited and ready. the next day she did not show, she didn't get on the plane and when i tried calling, texting, emailing of face booking her she block us. waste of an airline ticket and hotel costs of almost $1000 for a no show interview on our part. Nothing wrong with changing your mind but you need to let people know not ignore them and block them like a teenager especially when she is 32 years old.
