You are:

You will:
- Assist the CEO with the management of his domicile, vehicles and personal assets
- Oversee the work of all domestic staff, including cleaners, drivers and tradesmen
- Source and manage all necessary suppliers and vendors of goods and services necessary
- Be the point of contact for guests and visitors, assisting them with their travel needs
- Conduct light bookkeeping and document management, in collaboration with management
- Represent the CEO and communicate on his behalf for bookings and reservations of all kinds
- Collaborate with company staff for all travel and security needs required by the CEO
- Conceive and suggest processes and systems to promote efficiency in the workplace
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Fluently bilingual in English and French
- European driver's license and ability to drive unrestricted (owning car a strong asset)
- Living within 10km of the borders of Monaco (Beausoleil domicile a strong asset)
- Experience working closely with senior executives
- European or UK passport and able to travel unrestricted
- Flexibility with work hours, available some evenings/weekends if needed
- Well presented, dress and grooming suitable for professional settings
