Live-In Bilingual Executive/Personal Assistant/HomeSchool & House/Office Manager in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil for single father of 3 young children + (Back Up Nanny Support on Nanny's days off and vacations and ANY OTHER emergencies)
Looking for a dynamic and versatile personal assistant to oversee my professional & personal life. I work 75% of my time from my home office on the beach in Rio de Janeiro and spend 25% of my time traveling internationally working with my business projects in the US, Asia, and Europe. I am Canadian single father with 3 young children living with me, one nanny, and a small home office with about 10 people actively working (mostly remotely) with my different projects. My other projects are spread across various cities in the world. My professional and personal lives have a lot of overlap. Therefore, your objective will be to manage my professional and personal life and to help make my days as efficient as possible whether I am here in Rio de Janeiro or traveling in another city. I have new people arriving from around the world to work on different projects with me all the time and you would be dealing with all the administrative and logistics issues to make our home office and my full life run as smoothly as possible.
You would also help manage my dynamic work and personal schedule in Rio de Janeiro and around the world and support me in an administrative manner. Finally, you would be my last point of defense to make my life run as smoothly as possible. If there is a personal, family, house, or work emergency, you will do whatever it takes to help me solve the problem proactively or reactively.
This job requires someone who is very detailed oriented, has a sense of urgency in completing tasks on schedule, who can delegate accordingly to multiple people, and who can effectively multitask and manage a team of people and who has childcare or nanny experience.
This is an ideal job for someone who is ambitious, versatile, and who wants to learn and grow professionally, ato move around the world for the next few hours with a stable professional job. As this job will require living on site at our residence, it will likely be more comfortable for someone who currently lives alone and can easily relocate now to Brazil and in the future to other countries.
You would live here at our residence and effectively manage and support my personal, family, and professional responsibilities. You would be provided lodging and meals and have no rent, no food costs, no house bills and no commute to work. You would also receive an additional compensation to help you have a comfortable personal life outside of work. You would also receive an additional stock bonus annually with shares in my portfolio of technology companies.
The ideal candidate is male or female, a native level English speaker who also speaks either Spanish or Portuguese or another Roman language (French, Italian, Romanian) at a native level. Truly exceptional candidates who are native level English speakers, but don't speak Spanish or Portuguese or another Roman language will be considered.
I am an international tech entrepreneur/investor with a global reputation in the Internet & Biotech industries. If you have an interest in learning and growing as a professional in this area, this would be a bonus for both of us.

COMPENSATION: US$800 (or 4000 Reais) + Private room in my four bedroom apartment, health Insurance, transportation card, all meals paid for, no food bills, no house bills, no commute.
BONUS: You will receive additional US$6000 per year in stock in our portfolio of high profile early stage tech companies on same terms as our investors. We have professional International Investors who has invested in our portfolio of companies who believe there is a reasonable chance to achieve significant returns. You would own stock in these companies and could enjoy a very significant bonus upon the success of some of our portfolio companies.
Note:My current and previous assistants are from the US, Europe, Africa, Asia, & all over the world, usually speak multiple languages, well educated, have international and professional experiences and most importantly,are looking for an exciting new life challenge
