Personal Assistant
Include, but are not limited to, the following:
* MUST BE WILLING TO TAKE NOTES WHILE WORKING; THIS IS A MUST; if you cannot do this then please do not bother applying
* 20-30 hrs per week; possibly more
* Available at the drop of a dime or a nickel
* Responsibilities mainly include basic matters around my offices and home
* Possible Assistance in all projects I am working on:
* Fashion Company, My Non-Profit which benefits Children and Animals, Children's books, Music Application for Smart Phones, Inventions, Start-up Water Company, etc.  I am very busy and am in need of proper assistance.
* Help and manage daily operations
* Business and personal calendar
* Business and personal calls
* Business and personal emails
* Feed puppy, Walk puppy, when necessary
* HAVING A CAR or FORM OF TRANSPORTATION (ie: scooter) IS A PLUS as you will be running errands
* PLENTY OF ROOM FOR GROWTH
* Drop off and pick up laundry/dry cleaning
* Know the basics on how to use an iMAC computer or computers in general
* Basic Knowledge or willing to learn the following software:
1. Microsoft Word
2. Microsoft Excel
OR
3. Apple Pages
4. Apple Numbers
* Computer, internet savvy
