Hello dear employers! I would like to introduce myself, as an applicant for the Personal Assistant at GAP. I live and studied in Slovenia and my first work, like personal assistant was at the law firm office in my city. There I have many responsibilities, to answering the calls, emaills, planning and organising meetings, organising complex travel, taking action points and writing minutes, preparing papers for meetings, taking dictation. I have so many experience in this field, the most enjoyable part about being a Personal Assistant is the scheduling.
While it can be mind-boggling at times, I have always found scheduling to be rather fun. I have knowledge of office management systems and procedures social media, MS Office and English proficiency, I can work with calendar, helping run extra businesses, managing property, organising events and conferences, typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence, handle requests and queries appropriately. I have visa for USA so can stay and work in it. I love to travel, love cars and car racing.
