I have on job training experience when I was still studying my course Bachelor in Public Administration. I'm lucky enough because when I finished my on job training at the village that my instructor assigned me, during my on job experience, they give me special award certificate which means that I have satisfied them with the service I give, my role and responsibilities are: I issued the villagers cedula or called identification card, take down notes and encodes every minute meeting that they have, participate in Workplace event's and I have experienceand helping and participating in the accreditation of my course level III and certificates to it and in my leadership seminars.
