Introduction

Many people view executive personal assistants as glorified secretaries, and while there’s nothing wrong with secretarial work, my view of this position is quite different. I do perform secretarial and administrative tasks (quite well!), but I see my role as a key business partner and vital to the success of the executive team, department(s) and company. There is an expectation for that

I am your secret weapon and ace, working diligently and efficiently to ensure goals are met and daily operations run accurately and smoothly.

For over ten years, I have served as executive assistant to owners, presidents, c-suite executives, regional VPs, and executive directors. In my current position as Office Administrator, I support an entire construction development and leasing team. My role requires that I be a renaissance woman in ensuring that the office runs like a well-oiled machine by doing what is necessary. My experience planning corporate events and marketing, project budgeting, contract and documentation management coupled with organization and time management, all come into play with managing this fast-paced office. There is never a dull moment with juggling and prioritizing tasks and major projects while up against deadlines. This role is ever evolving, and my knowledge base continues to expand rapidly. A highlight of my other skills includes, but are not limited to:

1. Managing multiple multimillion dollar high-priority projects with competing deadlines 2. Creating reports, spreadsheets, budgets and PowerPoint presentations 3. Coordinating executive travel, schedules and calendars 4. Handling sensitive and confidential documents matters with discretion 5. Planning and overseeing logistics for meetings, tradeshows and events from conception to completion 6. Assisting regional HR and IT needs as site liaison 7. Bilingual (English and Spanish)

My qualifications are reinforced by software knowledge that includes advanced command of MS Office, CRM, Salesforce, Oracle, FiServ, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, AS400, ADP, MatrixCare, Bluebeam, QuickBooks and all Social Media Platforms. I am a Texas notary and am also in the process of my project manager certification.

With strong and effective communication skills and an enthused dynamic speaker and presenter, I pride myself in being able to create and maintain relationships within and outside an organization. My willingness to travel either with or on behalf of management is also considered an asset and something I genuinely look forward to.
