My name is Rachel, and I am extremely interested in coming to work for a family, business, or family business! I am 30 years old and a graduate of the University of Illinois in Chicago. I am currently working freelance web development and product management, and have been a content creator and marketing manager for three separate companies, all dealing with B2B as well as B2C sales.

I have over half a decade of retail and customer service experience, I have interned in the fast-paced world of fashion with Ford Models and the creative world of branding and marketing with Matte Black Studios. My years in customer service were spent mainly in retail roles, however the past year I have been working in B2B and end user online sales since being promoted from my customer service position. I have worked with big box stores, contractors, and residential consumers.

I have worked side by side as an executive personal assistant for a busy entrepreneur for several years on multiple projects ranging from wine merchandising to international baseball bat distribution. This paired with my years of administrative and client support experience makes me a great fit for any PA role.

I am friendly, approachable, punctual, and hard working. I absorb information like a sponge and always strive to learn more. I take direction well and keep an organized plan at all times.
