I am a single mom looking for a nanny for my special needs kid, I live in a joint family with my parents and brother and his family.
It's a safe environment for females, as we also have other female house keeping helpers for half day.
We are fairly simple and well-known people in the city.

My daughter is seven years old and not walking yet,
need a nanny to take care of her, following are the duties that nanny needs to do:
1)Will have to lift her and shift her to different rooms and stroller, so I need a fit candidate who can do physical activity easily. Laziness is not an option as this will be a physically demanding job.
2)take care of her hygiene.
3)Get involved with her in plays and be creative with playing.
4)Sleeping and waking time should align with my daughter.
5)Mobile use is not allowed while my daughter is up.
6)Will be given daily activities to do with her should remember and fulfil daily tasks.
7)Feed and give her medications on time.
8)Keep track of her progress.
9)Therapist visits every month for 10 days work with him and carry on activities he advices in his absence.
10)In short take complete care of my daughter and should be ready to travel if we ever plan therapies in different cities or countries.
11)holidays are not given weekly. Rather 4 holidays for a month are counted and candidate can either choose to take them after 6 months (24 days paid
holiday) or yearly (48 days) together.
12) Please do not apply if you want to do trial and error, I need confident candidate willing to learn and serve for 2 years minimum. It's a request, kindly don't waste my time if you are not challenging and hardworking. Taking care of a special needs kid is both mentally and physically demanding, it's a must for candidate to be willing to learn and do more everyday, if you searching for easy job with not much work then this job is not for you.
13) Drinking, smoking is not allowed, without permission any foreign parcels will not be taken in the home.
