We are a Franco-Australian family seeking an experienced French-speaking nanny to look after 2 wonderful children, Leonard (8 years' old) and Fleur (6 years).
We live in a great area in Paris south of Pigalle in the 9th arrondissement and can provide a beautiful studio apartment as accommodation, in the same street as where we live.
We are looking for a nanny with experience who is responsible and caring. French mother tongue essential, bilingual with English would be ideal. Ideally looking for someone who could commit to 1-2+ years to ensure some stability for the children.

This full time role involves looking after 8 year old Leonard and 6 year old Fleur. They are bilingual (French/English).
Duties involve:
- School pick ups and after school care Mon, Tues, Wed and Fri 4:30-7:30pm
- Full day care on Wednesdays including taking the children to activities like tennis and swimming
- Babysitting one evening per week
- Full time care during school holidays (except when the family is away on holiday)
- Food preparation (children's dinners) and keeping the children's rooms, play areas and the kitchen clean and tidy
- Occasional errands and grocery shopping for the family
- Occasional sleepovers required when both parents are away for work (once a month on average)

I am totally biased but both Leonard and Fleur are an absolute delight to care for - Leo is calm natured and affectionate, happy, curious about everything and active. Fleur is a creative and sweet, always laughing, she likes independent play and reading. The two of them get along very well.
We live in a house with a small garden which is a real plus in Paris. The studio flat for our nanny (if required) is next door and annual leave is likely to be 7+ weeks per year.
