We are in need of a full time live-in, long term, trustworthy nanny for our two children in Holmdel, NJ. We have an almost 3 year old boy and a 2 month old girl. Our nanny of 3+ years had to sadly leave us due to medical reasons, which forced us to begin our search. We are a close, loving family that is looking for not only a kind, reliable caregiver for our children but also someone we can continue to grow with and consider part of our family. We live on a quiet, serene street with a large backyard, plenty of space and very friendly neighbors. You would be provided a private bedroom and bathroom in our home.
Responsibilities would include primarily childcare (feeding, bathing, indoor/outdoor stimulating activities, etc) with the expectation of light housekeeping/cleaning, cooking, and child/family laundry as time permits.
My wife and I both work very variable schedules, but we usually coordinate so at least one of us is home on any given day, with my in-laws and parents living nearby as well.
