We’re the Henry family, and we’re excited to welcome a caring, dependable nanny into our home. We have 9 wonderful children, ranging in age from newborn to pre-teen, and our household is full of energy, love, and growth.

We are a faith-centered, family-first household, and we value nurturing, structure, and positivity. We are looking for someone who can help us manage daily routines, provide attentive care, and support our children in a safe and encouraging environment.

Here’s a little about what you can expect working with us:
• You’ll assist with meals, snacks, daily routines, homework, and age-appropriate activities.
• Your role will include keeping the children safe, engaged, and supported throughout the day.
• We appreciate teamwork, so we hope you can help maintain a tidy and organized home environment.
• While we travel locally, we may need extended coverage (8–10 hours/day) to care for the kids in our absence.

• Part-Time: ~6 hours per day, Monday–Friday (flexible schedule).
• Extended Coverage: 8–10 hours/day when parents travel locally.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide attentive and compassionate care for children of all ages.
• Assist with daily routines: meals, snacks, homework, bedtime, and personal care.
• Plan and engage children in age-appropriate activities, play, and learning.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and positive environment at all times.
• Support parents by managing household tasks related to children (e.g., cleaning up after meals, organizing play areas).
• Follow emergency procedures and provide first aid or CPR if necessary.
