Hello! I’m Silvia, from Mombasa, Kenya. I’m a caring, responsible, and positive person who truly loves helping children learn, play, and feel safe.

I grew up in a close family where looking after younger kids was part of daily life. That’s where I learned patience, responsibility, and how to create fun, structured days. I enjoy playing games, reading stories, helping with homework, and doing simple crafts. I believe kids thrive when they feel heard, loved, and have clear, happy routines.

I’m organized, flexible, and happy to help your family with light household tasks like kids’ laundry, meal prep, and tidying play areas. I deeply respect family rules and values, and I see being an au pair as a cultural exchange — I’m excited to share Kenyan culture while learning yours.

I am not yet Infant Care Qualified, but I have experience with toddlers and school-age children. I’m eager to learn and follow your guidance with any age group.

Becoming an au pair is important to me because I want to grow, gain international experience, and become a reliable, positive part of a welcoming family. I’m eligible for the J-1 au pair program for the USA and ready to start the visa process with an agency.
