Hello Family,
My name is Holly and I am 29 years old. I am looking for a part time position. I come with excellent references and have a lot of child care and teaching experience. I was a after school nanny in college for a family with 2 children for 2 years. When I graduated, I moved to New Orleans to start my journey in schools as a Teaching Assistant for 3rd-5th graders. After two year in that role, I transitioned to lead Kindergarten teacher for another two years. After this last school year, I decided to step out of the classroom and transitioned to a full-time nanny in Phoenix, AZ for a family for 1.5 years. I then moved into a WTH tech support analyst for 6 months before being promoted to a Technical Account Manager for the past 9 months. I am looking for part-time work to supplement my income and also get me out of the house. I am very patient with children and love helping them learn while also having fun. I am also a commissioned artist on the side and absolutely love bringing art and creativity to the kids I work with.
Safety is my utmost concern and I carefully monitor children when they are in my care. I understand good nutritional choices and I carefully prepare meals that are healthy for kids but that they also love to eat. I have had terrific relationships with all of the families and kids with whom I’ve worked.
I am a very easy-going person that adapts to any situation. I have great verbal communication skills and can assist with all needs. I love not only working with kids but also helping their parents with any household needs. My boss, back when I was a teaching assistant, would call me "the task list killer" because I was very good at getting anything done that was thrown my way.
