I am 37 years old and, after graduating from Oxford Brookes University with a BSc in Information Technology, have developed my career in various roles. These have progressed from Technical Support and Management through to Resource Management, Project Management and Service Management. More recently, and very differently, running a Pool Bar and Café in The Algarve while travelling.

I became a single parent at the age of 15. When my daughter took a gap year to travel between her A-levels and starting university. I realised that she was following a dream I’d always had, so I decided to put my career on hold, rent out my house, buy a VW T6 Campervan, and spend some time travelling Europe with my Black Labrador Molly.

Now, feeling very happy with my decision, and with financial stability back in England, I’m looking to do something I really enjoy. I very much enjoyed running the pool/bar/cafe, but it was a lot of work so I'm looking for something similar, but on a slightly smaller scale.
