Maintenance of heating, power and water supply system in the house and the pool, use and control of the irrigation system of the fields and plants. Planning of the monthly budget, record keeping, control of bills and current invoices payment, monthly balance sheets and reports. Summer rentals management, meet & host clients, providing high level service during their stay on the villa. Run errands, driving, shopping.
Experienced as Nanny (toddlers,4-8y.o kids),valid driving license. My husband is experienced in gardening, constraction and labour works, handyman repairs.
