Seeking English-Speaking Caregiver for Social & Curious Almost 2-Year-Old

We are a family of three (Dad, Mom, and our eldest son) who love to travel and enjoy delicious food. Our almost 2-year-old son is cheerful, active, curious, and very friendly. He enjoys picture books, finger plays, physical activities like slides and running, nature walks, dancing, music, train-related toy play, and drawing.
*****Our English Foundation*****
He and Mom spend about 40% of his waking hours speaking English together. We used almost exclusively only English during his first 10 months and worked with a language coach on how to enrich our language journey. Our son understands simple sentences and can produce several English words and phrases. Dad currently works from home but is out often. Mom is a stay-at-home mother from a multicultural family (Japanese and Chinese-Malaysian) and lived in America during her childhood. We hope to visit English-speaking relatives, pursue English literacy, and eventually support study abroad opportunities.
We're seeking an experienced caregiver for regular sessions who can provide structured English learning activities, especially when Mom goes out.
*****Primary Responsibilities*****
* Build upon existing English foundation through conversation and play
* Provide attentive childcare including feeding, diaper changes, and safety
* Engage in activities he loves: books, music, physical play, and nature exploration
* Plan educational activities: reading, singing, crafts, and outdoor adventures
* Adapt to his personality and daily needs while maintaining English focus
