Hello, I am a 20-year-old young woman. I have been working officially in childcare for 3 years. During this time, I was lucky enough to supervise babies and children aged 1-11 all day. For me, it is a huge value to be able to help children develop, to see them laugh or even cry. If I can be a part of their everyday life, and thus we can make every day more beautiful with creative activities. I do not take over the parental role, but I give the child the trust, companionship and love he needs while the parent is away. According to my mentality, we don't raise children, we teach them. We teach with love. Important aspects are patience, flexibility, kindness and, which is also my great virtue, that for me this occupation is a job. It's not easy money. A job where I am responsible for the child's development, health, and well-being.
