We are a family of four. My husband works as a surgeon, and I will soon be continuing my medical studies. This means that both of us will be working a lot, and I will also be very focused on my studies.
My husband is from Tajikistan, and I am German. At home, we speak German, Russian, and Farsi. Our daughter is three years old and a true ray of sunshine with incredibly much energy and our one-year-old son is a calm and cheerful little boy.
We are a Muslim family and actively live our faith.

We are looking for a kind and loving au pair to help care for our one-year-old son and three-year-old daughter. My husband works as a surgeon, and I will soon be continuing my medical studies, so we are hoping to find someone who can lovingly support us in our everyday life.
Since the birth of my children, I have been at home with them full-time, and we have spent every day together. They have not attended kindergarten until now. Because of this, it is not easy for me to step away, and I truly wish to find someone who will treat my children with love, patience, and care. It is very important to me that you connect with them warmly and that they feel safe, happy, and loved in your care.
Both children will start kindergarten once I resume my studies. My university schedule is Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and my husband also works long hours as a surgeon. The children will attend kindergarten Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., and afterwards we will need you to care for them daily from 2 p.m. until around 6–7 p.m.
You will not just be an au pair for us, but truly a part of our family. Whenever we are off work, we love spending time together – going to the zoo, amusement parks, for walks or hikes – and you are always more than welcome to join us on these little adventures. When we go on vacation, we would also love to take you with us if you’d like. Of course, you are always free to stay home or make your own plans if you prefer. I would also be happy to support you in joining a language course or a sports club if that is something you would enjoy.
We would like to share household responsibilities in a fair way. My goal is not for you to manage everything alone, but for us to create a warm and balanced daily routine together.
You will have your own room, and rent and meals are included. Your salary will be given as pocket money.
We are a Muslim family. We do not smoke and we do not have pets. At home we speak German, Russian, and Farsi. Dutch will also become increasingly important, as our children will begin learning it at daycare.
