Dear Au Pair
We are a caring, loving, easy-going family of 5 people: parents, 2 sons and 1 little daughter: we are the Morrones!
We live in a nice, 2 floors house, just restored, with a garden, close to town of Treviso (Land of Venice, in the North East of Italy).
We like travels, kids, and a nice meal with some good friend!

Here's a little description of our family.
Mother's name's Laura and she's 34. She's a banker a she works part-time. She's good at cooking, very patient and sweet.
Father's name's Giuseppe and he's 41. He's a chartered accountant and he's quite busy with his job. He'd like to spend more time with his family. He's supposed to speak a good English.
Giovanni is 6 and half. He started primary school in September 2019. He plays rugby but he's very sensible and feeling.
Francesco is 2 years old. He attends kindergarten. He likes very much singing, laughing and playing with Giovanni.
Beatrice is 2 years old. She's sweet, clever and she likes people. She has just started nursery in October 2019.
We live in Silea, South of Treviso that is a nice medium-sized town, about 25 km from Venice. The area is well served, and it's quite easy to move around by bus or bicycle. It's rich of water and there are walking routes along the rivers, where it's nice to go running or ciclying riverside.
The house we live in is just restored, big and comfortable and au pair girl will have her own single room with kichen and dedicated toilet.

At morning from Monday to Friday children go to school at 8 am. The little ones finish school at 16 everyday, while Giovanni 2 days at week finish at 16 and 3 days at 12.45.
In the afternoon they can be busy with their activities (sport, music) or they like playing together at home or with some friend at the park.
That's our first au pair experience, so we are neophyte!
We'd like to host a girl as an au-pair who wants to be part of our family and share her time with us, talking together and sharing friends. The hours required are 2 in the morning to help get the kids ready and tidying up and mostly in the afternoon, when the children return back from school. More help is needed if children are ill and they don’t go to school or if mum is busy. One babysitting evening per week is also required. So in the morning and during the week-end (starting from Friday at 8.30) you will be able to enjoy your free time, making friends and visiting Italy.
In particular during the weekend the au pair can choose to take part in the family activities or to move indipendently (even to travel or visit other places: Treviso is well-connected to other italian and european cities and near to Dolomiti mountains and the seaside. Venice, Padova, Verona, Milan, Bologna and more cities are easy to reach).

We'd like to share meals together, but the au-pair girl will be free to use her kitchen sometimes. However the hours dedicated to meals together do not count as working, but as a family moment. We are a welcoming family, we like to spend time together, eating together and children are affectionate.
Family

Typical day is:
6.30 - 9.00 Help get the kids ready, tidy the Kitchen and load the dishwasher. Sweep the kitchen. Tidy children rooms, collect the clothes, Hang washing out/dry in the dryer. Change the air in the rooms.
9.00 - 16.30 OFF DUTY
16.30 - 20.00 Help Mum to look after the children in their activities (have time with 1 or 2 children, playing, help kids get ready for bed, etc.)
20.00 - ONWARD OFF DUTY
