Here is a little bit about us:
We are a family of 4. I am a woman’s counselor/psychologist and I run my practice. I work from home, and any free time I have, I spend with myself and my family!
My husband is an entrepreneur/stock trader trading US equities with multiple businesses worldwide.

I have a son who is 12 years old Grade 6 and goes to school Monday through Friday. We would like for you to be a big support to him and help him manage his day-to-day activities. We also have a dog that needs care and love.

We are from India but have grown up in Dubai (United Arab Emirates), and now living in Bangalore. We practice spirituality. We are accepting of all cultures and other religions.
Our schedule is fairly fixed as far as our needs. I am a working woman and so I do have certain hours in the day where I need to be available to return calls, emails, and meet with clients.

We welcome you to be a part of our family and we are a very fun-loving family. We also have a cook and support staff to help us with our daily needs, and you will be part of the team.

We would also prefer to have you support our home, kitchen, and office staff and work as a personal assistant for our other business ventures at the time that our son is in school. This is a great opportunity for you to hone your business skills and be part of a growing company.

We would love to have a new Au Pair/Personal Assistant soon, but we are willing to wait for a wonderful candidate. Our candidate must be smart, willing to learn, and be very responsible. We are looking for a long-term commitment to grow with us as a family and team member. This is not a temporary offer.

JOB DUTIES:

1) Taking care of our 13-year-old son and our pet dog.
This includes getting our child ready for school, picking him up if needed, and taking care of his daily needs, cooking his meals and snacks. You'll also help with homework, arranging visits with friends, and other activities for his learning and development.

2) Taking care of the dog: Grooming, Walking, Hygiene

3) You'll be involved in coordinating with the other staff to keep the house tidy, learning new recipes for our diet plans, and being an active part of our home like a family member.

4) During the child's school hours, you'll also be MY personal assistant, helping with my work and business development activities.

5) You're expected to stay for 3 years minimum, but if you need to leave earlier, please give 3 month's notice. If we need you to leave, we'll give you 3 month's notice.

6) You'll have 21 days of holiday each year, and we'll plan the dates well in advance.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

1) Responsibility: As an au pair, you'll be entrusted with the care of a child and, in some cases, a pet. Demonstrating a high level of responsibility is crucial to ensure the well-being and safety of those under your care.

5) Initiative: Taking initiative in daily tasks and activities demonstrates your proactiveness and ability to contribute positively to the family's routine. This may include helping with household chores, organizing activities, or assisting with meal preparation.

6) Cultural Sensitivity: Being open-minded, respectful, and culturally sensitive is important since we have staff from other backgrounds.

7) Organizational Skills: Juggling various responsibilities, such as school pickups, homework help, and housekeeping, requires good organizational skills.

8) Energy and Enthusiasm.

9) Maturity: You need to demonstrate a level of maturity in handling responsibilities and making decisions. This is especially important when caring for children and managing household tasks.

10) Problem-Solving Skills: Situations may arise that require quick thinking and problem-solving.
