Welcome to our profile!
We are a fun an sportive family living in the beautiful area of Annecy, between lakes and mountains.
We are passionate about sport and outdoor activities, and we love sharing our adventures with our kids, friends and with our au pair :)
If you fancy discovering the French culture in a charming landscape, and building great relationship and memories with kind and fun kids, we would be happy to welcome you in our family!
In total, we're a family of 6!
Emanuel (Dad) works as commercial director in the Watch industry and Marine (Mom) is marketing manager in the same field. Emanuel has 2 kids from a first union: Thibault, 19 y/o - he will start studying in South of France in September - and Annabel, 17 y/o who lives with us.
Marine has a girl, Mahé, who's 9 y/o. She lives with us half of the time.
And together we have Sienna who just turned 5.
Our au pair will thus become the foreign "big sister" of our daugthers for a few months!
Our region offers a lot of activities in all seasons! In the summer time, we go sailing, swimming and have fun with paddle or wake board. It is also a great season to hike in the mountains and discover with us the thrill of rock climbing!
In winter time, we go skiing every week-end and there are many options on the snow: snowboard, ski touring, sledging... a paradise for sport lovers!
Annecy is also a lovely town with nice shops and restaurants, as well as many students from various horizons.

If you become our au pair, you will be part of the family and we wish to share with you our way of living, our laughs and our activities to make your French experience memorable.
We expect you to be responsible and reliable, to enjoy spending time with the kids and to share with them good moments.
We work a lot and need to count on you to pick up the girls after school and on Wednesdays mainly.
For that reason it is very important that you're comfortable driving a manual car.
On Monday, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, you mission will be to fetch the girls at school, to help them with their homework, shower, play and start dinner preparation.
On Wednesdays, you will take care of them in the morning, prepare and share lunch with them and bring them to their activities for the afternoon.
As a member of the family, we also count on you to help with daily house duties.
During the weekends, we might ask you for 2 ou 3 hours of babysitting, but you will be free to make your own plans, or to join ours if you wish of course!
In total, you can count on around 28 hours of duty per week, with 4 morning free for you to chill, attend French lessons or discover the surroundings.
In addition to your pocket money, you will have a car that you can use for your personal moves (gas is on you for trips that are not related to the girls' pick ups).
