We are two parents both in our early forties. We have three children; a daughter 15 yrs. old and a son 12 years old and a son 3.5 years old. We have lived all over the world and have a global view of the world. We speak some Mandarin Chinese and I (the wife) speak some French, as well. Our children only speak English at this time. Our daughter is a musician and spends a lot of time studying music. Our oldest son loves playing sports and playing with his younger brother. They get along very well and love each other very much. Our youngest is loving preschool and being outside. We believe in fostering an environment of love and respect for one another as well as those outside our family. We love people of various backgrounds, interests and experiences.

We are looking to hire a nanny/aupair/assistant (live-in or out) to help with the kids and to assist with managing the household. Our kids are very easy-going. They love to play and learn new things, and discover the world around them. The older two are busy with school and outside activities but there is a lot to be done on the home front even when they are gone. The youngest loves the outdoors and exploring. With the kids busy schedules, some of your time will be spent working on organizing, prepping, and executing the tasks and requirements of the day in addition to spending time with the kids. There is always lots of housekeeping, organizing, and everyday tasks to do. We have a small dog who is easy to take care of and lots of fun. She has a calm temperament and doesn't need a lot of caring for. We are looking for help with the following things: care for the kids, assist in some meal preparation, assist with cleaning, and sometimes help take the dog outside, laundry, errands. The amount of time and pay are both negotiable, depending on experience, and whether or not you are a good fit for our particular family. We live in a beautiful place and have plenty of space inside and outside to play. For a live-in situation, you would have your own space to call your own. Potentially, your own separate living space or apartment nearby.
