We are a family that believes those that pray and play together stick together . We are very much a team and work together. My name is Shannon and I’m a registered nurse for a plastic surgeon . I have been a Nurse for 29 years . I work 4 days per week . From Tuesday to Friday . My hours are 8-5 and usually arrive home at 6 pm . Fridays I’m home by 5. My husband Danny is in oil and gas is a supervisor . He is usually away for 2/3 weeks at a time sometimes even 4-8 weeks . We love the outdoors , we live on 5 acres close to all amenities library , gym, grocery store, recreational center , movie theater and church. We have 2 dogs , goats and chickens. We are originally from Canada so we will share some of our Canadian traditions as well with you ! We spend a lot of time outdoors as a family from riding ATVs to camping , hiking , cycling and exploring our surroundings. We have two little humans . Cayden who is turning 6 in July and Georgia who will be 11 months in July .
Cayden attends a Montessori school and has for a few years since he was 4 . He loves the outdoors , loves riding anything from bobcats , AtVs , dirt bikes , John Deere riding lawn mower to just enjoying running around our 5 acres . He also loves taking anything apart and working with my husband in the shop! His future will probably be an engineer as he needs to figure out how everything works ! Cayden loves music Rachel Rampa (high hopes ) Lady Gaga , Ed Sheeran and many others to come as he explores the world of music . He is not a technology kiddo and we want to keep it that way for as long as possible ! I would say he is little explorer .
Georgia is our sweet happy go lucky currently 10 month old girl that laughs and giggles at funny faces ! Her spirit is just adorable as she explores her world ! She loves the outdoors and walks to feed the chickens. She loves to look up into the sky and see the planes fly over . She loves books and music .
Most days you will be with Georgia till 3 and will meet to pick Cayden up ! Cayden is in sports from swimming to soccer , zommies , and will start taking other after school Activities .

We have a 10 month old daughter and 6 year old son. Our son is active outside and loves to ride ATVs and work in the shop with his Dad. He loves music and reading the Bible.
He is in Montessori and will be going into
Kindergarten in August .
Georgia is our now 10 month old little
Girl. She is happy and sweet ! Loves walks outside in the yard and loves books read to her, she loves music and tons of giggles .
Your hours of work will be mostly Tuesday to Friday. You may have the occasional Saturday evening with us going out for date night. Tuesday hours will be 745am-6pm Tuesday to Thursday Fridays will be 745-515/530 pm. Your duties will be mostly taking care of Georgia as Cayden will be in school from 8-310. Having a driver's License is very important with experience driving as there is snow in Colorado and the weather can change here very very quickly. Picking Cayden up from school will be part of your duties. It is 17 miles to his school.
Meal prep, children’s laundry and tidying their rooms along with dishes and vacuuming their rooms. Cayden can do some of these activities with you and we can discuss this further .Also Supporting him doing homework and reading with him as he is just starting to learn to read. Reading and singing is important with Georgia.
