Thank you for taking the time to learn more about our family. We live in Miami Shores, Florida, and have three wonderful children ages 7, 4, and 2. We are looking for an au pair who genuinely loves children, enjoys being active and engaged, and wants to become part of our family for the year.

Our home is warm, busy, and centered around the kids. We are looking for someone who is kind, patient, dependable, and brings positive energy each day. To us, how things are done is just as important as what gets done. We value warmth, enthusiasm, and joyful engagement with the children just as much as completing responsibilities.

The role includes helping with school drop-offs and pickups, preparing simple meals and snacks for the children, planning activities, reading, outdoor play, children’s laundry, and keeping children’s spaces organized. Driving is an important part of the role, and our au pair will eventually help transport the children to activities once licensed and comfortable driving.

We do best with au pairs who appreciate clear expectations, enjoy routines, communicate openly, and are comfortable managing their personal time independently. We are happy to support our au pair as she settles into life in the United States, but we also value resourcefulness, independence, and confidence in navigating day-to-day life.

In return, we provide a private room, a welcoming family environment, and the opportunity to experience life in Miami while becoming an important part of our children’s lives. We hope to find someone who is excited about cultural exchange, enjoys spending time with children, and wants to create a wonderful year together.
