We have three children: our oldest son is 5 and full of energy and curiosity, our daughter is sweet and playful, and we recently welcomed a new baby girl. Our home is busy, warm, and very family-centered.
Our oldest is autistic, so patience, warmth, and flexibility are especially important to us. He is bright, funny, and thrives with people who are calm and engaging. Experience with children with different needs is a plus, but the most important thing to us is a caring personality and willingness to learn.
We value kindness, communication, and creating a supportive environment where everyone feels respected and comfortable. We would love an au pair who enjoys spending time with children, helping with routines, and becoming part of our day-to-day life — not just an employee, but someone who feels at home with us.
In our free time we enjoy family outings, cozy time at home, coffee runs, celebrations with family and friends, and exploring new places to eat around Atlanta.

Job Description
Hi! We’re a family located in East Cobb (about 5 minutes from Lassiter High School) looking for a warm, reliable, and experienced nanny/mother’s helper to start as soon as possible. I’m currently on maternity leave with a 4-week-old newborn and would love to have someone in place to help us build a routine before I return to work in July.
We have three children — a newborn, a 3-year-old (in daycare during the day), and a 5-year-old. The primary focus will be caring for the baby and helping with after-school care for my 5-year-old.
Initially, this role will function more as a mother’s helper while I am home, helping with the baby and daily routines. As trust and comfort build, I’d love for this person to transition into more independent care, including watching the baby and taking the kids to nearby parks or activities.
