We are looking for someone who is responsible, warm, and enjoys spending time with children, helping them grow, learn, and feel supported. At the same time, we want you to feel comfortable, have your own space, and enjoy your experience with us.

We are a warm, active family with three children (ages 7, 6, and 3) looking for a caring, responsible, and organized au pair to become part of our daily life.
Weekday routine:
Mornings begin early (around 6–7 AM) and include preparing breakfast, helping the children get ready, and school drop-off.
During the day, there is significant free time for personal activities, with optional light household support such as children’s laundry, tidying, small errands, or preparing snacks/meals for the children.
Afternoons and evenings include school pick-up (around 5–6 PM depending on activities), transportation to activities if needed, helping with homework, music practice (piano/guitar), dinner preparation, and bedtime routine (bath, story, bedtime typically between 7–8:30 PM).
Weekends:
Saturdays usually include family time, breakfast together, and children’s activities such as gymnastics and music lessons.
Sundays include morning routine and attending church/church school, followed by relaxed family time (playground, biking, outings, etc.).Flexibility:
My husband works shifts, including nights and weekends. On occasions when one parent is away overnight, the au pair may need to be present in the home and available if the children need assistance during the night. These hours will be counted toward total working hours.

We value reliability, warmth, and someone who enjoys being engaged with children while also respecting structure and routine.
We also appreciate extra skills (e.g., music, tutoring, organization) and are happy to recognize additional effort, either financially or through other meaningful rewards.
The au pair will join us on family vacations and be included as part of the family, while also helping with the children as needed. We want someone we trust so we can occasionally have date nights or attend work commitments with peace of mind.
